wARNING!!! Here the team after purchasing a product and doing payment they opens the sealed pack and takes few bar codes with them Even though it is clearly written on the mobile phone not to accept the phone if the seal is removed. When we ask to return the bar codes they kept under the table and argues very rudely and diverts us in Ewarranty and to proving a go green eBill and makes us busy and engaged in seeing if eBill received or not. The executives are very rude. I am surprised in case of our case is like this how layman is being treated and cheated and clearly data is being misused
Never go to bigC they are least bothered about customer retaining even though huge online competition exists. Not sure what to do now to get my bar codes back which were present inside my sealed pack but grabbed by that executive. If the supervisor is at least professional he should educate executives and should return it to me . Else I will wait for the scam happens and then register a FIR

Worst service I purchased 5 to 6 mobiles from bigc once I visit beside store I shocked with their prices big c mobiles are selling there mobiles more than the online price and besides store is selling same mobile at lowest price worst pricing in big c mobiles

I visited here for pasting my screen guard for my new phone. The person did not paste it correctly which caused pressure at the edges leading to air bubbles very often. Such a pathetic service. Highly disssapointed.

I had to visit Samsung store and spend anothet 250₹ for a new screen guard which now works perfectly

Worst shop. Fake reviews. yesteday went for feature phone purchase, too much atitude of shop keepers. Asked to show 2-3 models. They said, this one only available. if you want take it otherwise go out!!!!!!
