I asked them to apply a film for my oneplus12 mobile at that time corner edge got small damages like bubble I asked him to wt happened,he told if mobile heats up it will cover.its has been month done still that is not covered it looks very bad that corner when I visited again they are cracking jokes with lot mobile employee cut the corner cover very worst behaviour

The very bad experience with the staff, which erased all the good things which I get from other stores. Price promised for a mobile on exchange, suggested me higher end mobile, I was agreed with his words and get ready for that with the price, I went out to get my card and enter the store, immediately he changed his words and increased 1500. Telling price and changing it at the time of ready for billing made a wired situation. Saying Prices are less than websites, but I have shown them websites are offering better price than that store. Prefer to visit other stores, which provides proper pricing from entry to exit with out changing the words.

BIG C BHEL (Hyderabad): The Worst or Pathetic Customer Service you can ever receive.

I purchased a One Plus Nord CE 2 Lite on February 4th, 2023. I recently had an issue with the mobile and visited the store. I was informed the device can be serviced/replaced as it is covered under 'One Assist'.

It was informed on August 25th, Friday 2023 to wait for 5-7 business days. The mobile was submitted the same day. I was without a phone patiently for 5 working days until the following week, September 1st, Friday 2023.

I contacted them to check on the status, I was informed by the person in-charge of the store to wait for 7 working days and they will receive an update.

I waited until September 5th, Tuesday 2023. I contacted them to check on the status, I was informed that they will check and get back to me. On this day, I was asked if I have the E-bill copy once again. I was told they are not able to check on the status, they asked for the registered mobile number. Even that was not to be located on their end. After a huge struggle on the same day, they asked me to contact 'One Assist' to know the status and just provided me with the contact number.

I did not receive any help from BIG C Mobiles. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A PHONE, "PLEASE NEVER DO THE MISTAKE OF STEPPING INTO THIS BIG C BHEL STORE".

NOTE: You would need to have your E-Bill already with you, "IF NOT, YOU WOULD WAIT AT THE STORE FOR ALMOST 45 mins, FOR THEM TO LOCATE YOUR BILL IF YOU GO FOR ANY SERVICE OR WARRANTY RELATED ISSUES".
