Stayed here for a local dog show. Good amount of parking, right beside the services for food, the receptionist was welcoming and sorted our room key quickly, there is a little tuk shop in the foyer too which I thought was clever. Room was spotless and spacious, bathroom looked brand new and very clean, beds were comfortable. Not a single complaint and look forward to staying again next year!

If I had to really nitpick, the entrance could be signposted better or lit up in the dark.

Check in/out was easy and quick. We are traveling with a little dog and it was no problem and no extra charges. The room was unexpectedly big and really clean. The bed was comfortable and had 2 extra pillows available. The hotel was quiet and right next door (2’ walk) is a little shopping center with different food options and a Starbucks

I stay in this hotel most weekends and normally check in around 12am the lady behind the desk is always kind and will help you out any way she can a really good asset to the hotel. The rooms are always clean and spacious. The tvs are seemingly quite new which as a young person is good. Overall brilliant service and good rooms at there price point would highly recommend.

The accessible room is not accessible. The toilet is very low with no space to be able to transfer onto it. The sink is right next to the toilet so you can't side transfer, no space in front of the toilet to forward transfer, 45degree transfer isn't possible due to the grab rail not staying up. There is a bath and not wet room, but no equipment to be able transfer into the bath. The bed doesn't split into twin beds. It is a normal room with wide doorways and a couple of grab rails. The accessible entrance isn't lit and was blocked by a motorhome, which also blocked the path down to where breakfast was so I had to go along the road and try to avoid the potholes.

We stopped here last night on our way to visit family and we are really impressed. All areas of the hotel we've seen have been tidy and spotlessly clean, the room is huge and very comfortable and we had our small dog with us who was made very welcome. Breakfast in the service area this morning was indeed a "Good Breakfast" (it's the name of the outlet we got it from!) other shops and food outlets in the services were also good. We will be staying here on our way home too.

The experience was excellent with the staff being very helpful, polite and welcoming. ||The hotel is in a good location to motorway to allow a very short drive to Gretna and Carlisle.||Would recommend with no hesitation as the hotel was very clean and all on one level.

The room wasn’t clean and had the previous residents broken crisps on the floor and their pubes and hairs still in the shower. Absolutely gross. The cleanliness was very poor. We were going to stay the following night on the way back from where we were going but after the first night we decided to travel back home even if that meant getting home at 4am in the morning rather than stay there again.
