I'm at a point in my life where I want to get stronger but also practice mobility and stretching. I seek out low intensity, low stress environments when I can and this class was perfect for that. The day I joined practice at co-op there was so much intentional movement, expansion, mindfulness and breath work. Even though it was a low intensity session, I was sore in all the right places the following couple of days because of the movements Vivienne guided us through. Highly recommend adding it to your routine.

Love it! Love the people! Love the culture! Love it all! I really love the workout class structure and incorporating that into my week. I can fit a 45 minute workout easily into a lunch break. Every coach I've worked with has been so encouraging while also being supportive to each member during workouts. All fitness levels are welcomed always! I'm not big into yoga but I've fallen in love with ending my week each Friday evening with some slow and restorative Yin Yoga. The CoOp community has been such a needed blessing from the universe!

Co-Op defies traditional notions of what it means to be a fitness facility. The space drew me in, with its absence of mirrors and strategic low lighting, and the people and their authentic commitment to inclusive fitness keep me coming back! Co-op trainers and staff are down to earth, supportive and knowledgeable. The workouts are varied, challenging and effective, but most importantly are accessible to all fitness levels, ages, and body types. I had been out of the fitness game since the birth of my twins 6 years ago, struggling to find a routine, space, and people to keep me engaged and consistent. Co-Op offered me the connection and motivation I needed to get back into exercising. In Co-op, I have found my forever fitness home.
