Was excited to see the 2AR 1 pistol case, perfect since I only own 3 guns (2 ar's 1 pistol). Just got an email asking for imagine of photo ID and the card used. First thought I had, was would you like me to send you my social security card in the mail? How about the keys to my house? Cancel purchase, I'll find a case elsewhere.

They built a custom case for my phantom 4 and it's lasted years. I love it. I'll be buying another case for my next drone or any other thing I want to keep safe.

Ordered the 144 hrz. XBOX case on September 17th 2022 was excited to take it on my trip since im always traveling for work arrived quickly but broken now have to wait 2 weeks for a refund and i can't even send it back till i return next week.

As much as I love the tactical 4 pistol backpack, I no longer have the same 4 pistols I did when I first purchased this bag. I tried to call to see where I could order more foam inserts to customize to my new pistols and the lady said they are mass produced and have no replacement parts. Well how am I supposed to keep my pistols secured now? Can I send it in for a new one? Ya I doubt it. Definitely going to look for a better range babe that sells replacement parts.

***Update 8-11-20 - the customer service case club has provided me has been by far the best. They are in the works to make the replacement parts available and it makes more sense knowing how new to production these backpacks are. Definitely going to do more business with Case Club.

I have a pretty long hunting-type rifle that is very valuable to me, and I wanted to Protect it Really Well -- and I needed kind of an oversized case. I found Case Club by listening to people on forums, and decided to order from here. The case I found looked very good in the picture.

Well, I just received it, and Holy Frijoles! It is a lot better looking in person than it was in the picture. I'm pretty sure this case will last 1000 years. I will be careful not to let it fall down my stairs, because I don't want to damage the stairs. I'm pretty sure it would survive repeated near-misses from nuclear weapons with nothing but maybe a little damage to the matte finish.

And the foam inside is fabulous. This is what I liked best -- that Case Club gave me the choice of many different types of foam interiors, where most places do not. What I got was the high density PE stuff, and it is fabulous. I have no doubt at all that this is the best protection for my rifle that money can buy.

Very glad I found Case Club.

Oh, and also! When part of my order was going to be later than at first expected, they communicated very well, sending me emails and asking if the late delivery would be OK. This kind of communication gives me a lot of confidence in using them.

I purchased a drone travel case from Case Club that survived many international trips with my production company without an issue for years. However this latest trip, a pin came loose that prevented the case to fully close.

Customer service was FAST, and super friendly. I simply emailed the photos of what had been broken along with proof of purchase and they sent and shipped the replacement parts free of charge.

Very pleased and Highly recommend these quality cases for any production needs.

Got my M249 case in about a week. Nice heavy duty set up with great precut foam. It was missing the razor blade, but sent an email, got a quick response, and had it in my hand in 3 days. Great products and excellent customer service. Was a little hesitant to pull the trigger on one of the multiple firearm cases, but after discussion with CS, all doubt was gone. This thing is amazing and quality is superb. The case itself is indestructable....well maybe, but unless it is thrown out of a plane, I think it will protect my beloved firearms with the utmost care. The foam is great also. Perfectly cut and easy to clean. Don't waste your time. Get it.
