Course is in good shape but, the fact that you think it's ok to charge 85$ for 18 holes with a cart in the middle of November is INSANE. When did late season rates become mid summer prices?

We had an Sunday morning tee time 6:37. Price $85 PP. 1st time playing here. Things I enjoyed about the course. Check in was great and the starter was super nice and welcoming. General playing conditions were decent. Things that I didn't care about. Layout. Even think enjoyed the island hole, I wasn't crazy about the setup. Especially with the holes by the power lines. Greens. The greens so so many ball divots in them. We were one of the 1st groups out, so this had to be from previous day(s). Somot wasn't great, wasn't bad. Had a good time, but for the money I would rather save a few bucks and play the likes of Richmond, Exeter, or Foster.

When you charge $75 in the middle of October still, you would expect to play at a great course. EVERY single golf cart had a ripped seat and were disgusting. There was spilled food and drinks in the 7 carts that were pulled out for us to take. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The course was in decent shape, but it looks like they did some sprinkler work recently. The trenches were very sloppily dug and then they were too lazy or cheap to fill them up all the way! Wanted to get food and a drink after, but the bar area looked like it hasn’t been touched or remodeled since they built it!! Rubber gym flooring as the floor, tables old and dirty, couldn’t see ten feet out the windows because of the film on them. Might have been the worst “clubhouse” I have been to in the state. When you see such potential for a course, you wonder why the owners wouldn’t do more to make it better. But as I am walking back to the parking lot and see a Ferrari in the parking spot with a sign saying “reserved for owner,” it all makes sense. Such a shame that they let a beautiful course get so bad.

The event room: Excellent food, good service, polite and professional staff. The golf course: Nice, challenging course always in great shape, fair rates, always tons of tournaments there in season too.

Price is not as advertised when you book online. Rude staff in pro shop when asked about the price discrepancy. Paid to play 18 with at 12:18 tee time (at the higher rate) only to be told by a ranger part way through we need to be off the course by 3 for league start. Would’ve been nice to know that when checking in because we wouldn’t only paid and played 9. Course was PACKED with many golfers. Course was mostly in good shape, few bunkers with standing water in them.
