This organization is very shady and cannot be trusted . My husband and I coached for GSA for years and even worked in the board my husband did the website and they had a contract. Out of the blue they breached the contract. Did not give him the 30 days notice stated in the contract or pay him for the last season. He ran the website even after we didn't coach there anymore. Stiffed him out of 1,750.00 and never paid their 300$ domain fee and we had to eat the cost. I'm not surprised because the person who ran the website before my husband has worked with GSA for 26 years and they did him the same way. I am pursuing legal action because I don't appreciate the way we were treated. Everyone in the board knows what is going on and they ignore the mistreatment of others. Garland is a great city to live in and I am ashamed to be associated with GSA they have no integrity. All I can do is pray for the crooked people in this organization.

Strongly advise against GSA. Time and money wasted. I played here when I was a kid and now having the most re occurring issues year after year with GSA. I believe they have new management/director and she’s not very in tuned with how to run a sporting league. Psa- whole lot of wasted time and money. The front office should be more attentive to who they have running this league. I’ve had all my players request refunds and we won’t be coming back. Angela is the new president and can be known as why this league is slowly running in the dirt. She is especially rude when asked questions and following up. We never get information or updates in regards to anything moving forward with the league. We didn’t even have Refs all last season and overall just a waste of time money and stages in all kids learning. If you ask me that’s all that matters and this organization has shown that’s the last thing they care about.

We signed up our son and paid for everything, however the coach ignored my son, didn’t tell us when practice was and excluded him from games. I paid to be discriminated against. Don’t put your kids here unless you want your kid to be treated invisible. I brought this up to the association and they didn’t even bother to address the situation.

Website is not up to date with accurate information. We signed up our child and never received any team info until a month later when I emailed for a refund and they informed me then that they didn’t have any room left. You would think they would let you know that when made aware of that and communicate that to people who paid. But nope.

Do not enroll your kids here unless you want to waste time and money. Half way through the season and only one game has been played due to “Shortage of referees” At this rate the association is stealing money from parents and getting away with it. Their front office also needs to be more attentive.

Third game in a row cancelled. Switching to an indoor competitive team after this season. Games get cancelled for various reasons such as wet fields or not enough referees.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience at GSA. my son is on his 3rd season here. The only problem is having refs other than that we love it. Never had any issues and my sons team and coach are great!
