This was our second or third time to stay at this location, and has it ever gone downhill. We had to change rooms because there were several light fixtures that didn't work and the barking dogs staying at the hotel were annoying. The hotel is as clean as ever, though showing signs of needing its periodic refreshing. The room has 10 plates in the kitchenette cupboard and one drinking glass, baking tins but no cooking pots. Breakfast was quite limited but adequate. To their credit, the staff has all been great. We definitely won't be staying at this location on future visits to the area.

This could easily be a 5 star rating...with just a little bit of attention. We stay in a lot of Homewood Suites when we travel & they are normally very nice and well maintained. When we arrived here, there were NO luggage carts. We were told they had ALL been "missing" for 2 days...they thought they were all in one of the rooms.... Seriously? The hotel was MAYBE 20% occupied.. How hard would it be to go check rooms? FYI, they still hadn't been found when we checked out. Thankfully , this was a short trip for us, so we had only a small amount of luggage. When we got to our room, we had no ice bucket. We had to go get one from the front desk. A couple of the lights were out...one of them wasn't even plugged in. Housekeeping should have caught that. The ceiling had a HUGE water stain on it. (Like the size of the living room) I was a little concerned by that. The entry had two of the lights strobing.
These are all relatively small fixes. My issue is no one had bothered to fix them.
The bed was very comfortable as was the furniture. The room was nice size and set up really well. Hopefully, management will get on these things and get the hotel back to how it should be.

This is the saddest Hilton brand experience I have ever had. Top sheet was missing from the bed. Pillows missing, no manager on duty, the exterior of the hotel is poorly maintained, weeds everywhere, pool had only about 1/2 of the water. Everything is very dated. Shower floor is grey. Just a bad experience.

I moved rooms because of a strong cigarette smoke smell in the hallway that seeped into the room. There was no hot breakfast the first morning and the linens in the bathroom were dirty amdbthere was no toilet paper to be found anywhere in the room. I was also told that the request for linens for the pull-out sofa had to be made and was announced on the key card holder which it is not. I didn't appreciate the smart response from the clerk at all. We did arrive without shampoo and conditioner or toothpaste, and they were kind enough to provide those for our family.

The kitchenette in our new room had no working can opener and piecemealed dishes and silverware(not a full set of anything, 2 or 3 of anything, and dirty pots and pans with no way to clean them. It was difficult to get them to provide a can opener. I still dont have a way to properly clean the pots and pans. One of the towels they provided for the kitchen use had a smashed bug on it. I'm displaced due to a water loss in my home and this has been a very difficult stay so far.

Beware of owners of this place. They will try to charge you a $75 “cleaning fee” if you have a government or corporate card. They won’t explain what needed to be cleaned. So I guess it’s a demand letter and small claims court if the keep refusing to refund it.

Overall this is a poor example of a Hilton. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Doubletree down the street. This is a dive place for a Homewood Suites. I wondered why it wasn’t that crowded when I got there and I know why. I spoke to the client I was there to see that week and they said they have a bad reputation and they advise people against staying there.

I travel quite a bit. I stay 3 months at a time at hotels. Do not stay here more than a night. You get what you pay for. Housekeeping standards by Hilton is min once ever five days. I stayed 6 weeks they came twice. I went to the front desk every morning and at the end of the day requesting housekeeping. I literally had to demand the manger go to housekeeping and get me clean towels and clean sheets. 2 and a half weeks in. If you like your food you won’t like this place. Eggs burnt, sausage patties burnt. Coffee if you’re lucky. French toast wet. But they have cereal. Don’t use the coffee cub to go with the lids don’t fit. If you contact the front desk, it doesn’t go anywhere from there. If you contact the management you’ll never hear from them and assistant manager. The maintenance guy is doing the best he can, but apparently they’re not giving him the tools he needs. Multiple doors don’t work with the card and some are left open 24 seven. I contacted Hilton corporate try to resolve these issues. They told me to call the manager. How funny is that. Now I’m gonna move all my 24 superintendents that I’ve been using Hilton for the last three years into IHG hotels and we spend about 48 weeks a year on the road do the math Hilton. This is the hospitality industry. Not very hospitable.

Room is dirty including the carpet, floors, cabinets, refrigerator, sink, bedding and hallway. No toilet paper in the room. Only half a shower curtain. Frozen bag of ice in the freezer. Something splattered all over the front of the dishwasher. My shoes stuck to flooring after walking across the carpet. Ink on the bed comforter. Only one pot, One spatula, one knife, and a small stack of foam plates in the kitchen. What look like a garbage disposal is rotted out in the kitchen sink. The mattresses and pillows are old and uncomfortable. Just a super gross space, never ever will I be back there.

Absolutely awful experience all around. I stayed at this hotel two years ago and it was great. Was in town for a reoccurring event and decided to stay again since I had such a nice experience back then. I set up for an electronic key on my phone before 10pm as I knew I would be arriving later. It never came through and the person at the desk said there was one room left on the first floor but needed to make sure it actually got cleaned even though it says it was in the computer. Apparently sometimes they don’t clean like they are supposed to and just mark the room as clean. The room was not very clean. The shower was absolutely disgusting with mold and gunk all over. And not very good pressure either. I went to the front desk the second night to get extra blankets and towels since they weren’t doing any services (which I didn’t need anyway), and they said they were out and will have to see if they have some at housekeeping. The breakfast was basically nonexistent and what was there looked old and reheated so didn’t even bother with that. Saw a couple of cockroaches running across the floor in the hallway (thank goodness not in my room that I saw). The back door that was supposed to be only accessible by key, was broken so anyone could just walk right in without anyone knowing. When I went to check out, I was charged $75 four times for having my dog with me when I was only supposed to be charged $75 one time. When I called to get it cleared up, the girl on the phone had to wait for a manager to call me back. I received a call back and they advised they will credit three of the four charges. We will see if I get the credit without having to call and talk to them again. Do NOT stay here!
