Pesimo!!! Los arbitros, el personal que esta para mover niños lastimados y lo que cobran es demasiado para la premiacion que dan unas simples medallas esas son para los torneos!!! Y el colmo coaches alentando a sus jugadores a jugar sucio!!!?

Not all bad reviews are from parents who don't get involved. I was a helping dad who had never played soccer but became a coach so the kids could continue to play. My son later started in high school and is now a dad that helps when he can due to his work schedule. I drove 60 miles to watch my grandson's 1st game last week and watched what I think was the commissioner tell the coach at game time that they didn't have a game that day, even though the schedule sent out said they did. His explanation was that the schedule got changed and he has hundreds of coaches to send changed schedules to and can't be expected to remember everyone. He was supposed to have two games this next week but were told they were an hour late to the first game and had to forfeit it. When they showed the new schedule he had sent them his explanation was the schedule was Eastern Time...... ?
WTH!!!! Is that because Mesquite is east of Dallas? Just man up and say you messed up and get it rescheduled. If you're overwhelmed, admit it and ask one of the other VOLUNTEERS for help who is more organized. You will always have ungrateful parents no matter how much you do, but it's the kids you are letting down. Own it and make it right.

Here is the deal. The bad reviews come from parents assigned to teams where no parent wants to step up to coach. Whether you get assigned to a team that plays is 100% fixable by the parent registering the child being willing to step up. Unfortunately parents want to sign up their children and not be involved. When you have a team of kids with those parents, they don’t play. If you want your child to play, be willing to coach. This is a recreational team. Not the Olympics. Kids are here to have fun. I have always received quick responses from the VOLUNTEER board members when I reach out. I coach with only a couple years of playing in elementary school. I learn as I go. There is enough available online for parents to fake it until they make it as a coach. Games are coordinated well. Yes sometimes the refs vary in their abilities, but they may be learning too.

I give 4 stars for now because I wish new coaches could have more support from the organization with community partners, but I know this organization is working to be able to offer more. They need more people willing to help.

Not really a mesquite soccer association most of the players and coaches are from other cities kids are playing and practicing in garland. Only had one 1 game in mesquite and all the other teams we play are from garland.

Worst experience in my life. Season already started, they still don't have a coach. They took my money and know is a mission impossible to get my money back from the registration. The office is always close and they won't answer the phone either. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS.

0 stars! Signed my daughter up almost 2 months ago and got an email about them looking for a coach. Almost 2 months later I've gotten no call or email. I call MSA and no one answered for 2 weeks. Got a lady on the phone yesterday who could give me no information besides the coordinator is swamped and keep trying pretty much.
