The All-Stars is a joke. This is the first year my son got picked. They didn’t have it organized. I backed out of the All-Stars due to them not being organized. My son only had seven kids on their team and the other team for the head coach that was running it , had almost over 20. I backed out of it because I didn’t feel it was right we asked if we all can practice together. He did not want to do it as in Coach Clifton so they went and got second options but my son earned this those kids are playing for the All-Stars on Sunday didn’t earn the All-Star position. they were so hungry for more players that they just called around and got whoever they could. And when we asked to practice together, he said no he had his pick. But now all of them are I practicing together. I feel this was not organized right as now my son hurts knowing he was an all-star, but can’t play because you guys chose people that are not the true All-Stars to play for the All-Star game. I feel if you’re gonna do this To the kids you need to be more organized, let’s think about the kids. Let’s not be selfish. My son is a true All-Star. Thank you

If you want to go to the office on Monday to show off your trophy to your friends, give YAFL president $1000 and you can have 31 kids while everyone else has 14 kids. Those teams will have about 7 kids at practice , and eventually the team that has no one gets so depleted they struggle to get through week 6. You have a select group of puppet masters ,. And a board of yes men. What’s sad is, your team will have 31 kids and never challenged once, so they are not prepared for high school well unless your the coaches Son reaping all the benefits . They are in the business of youth superbowls not developing properly trained athletes in the sport of football. I don’t see YAFL operating much longer. And don’t get me started about the $75 fee they charged for the all star game. They had no coaches , and no schedule until 3 days before . YAFL MAKES AN ABSOLUTE MOCKERY FOR THE SPORT OF FOOTBALL AND SHOWS NO RESPECT FOR THE GAME

Yafl is joke like it's employees and board members. They have hidden fees they don't tell you bout and their officials are complete morons. We funraised 11,000 dollars fir our team and coaches are asking for more. Let you I.R.S know bout this fund raising because they are not claiming it and uncle Sam deserves to know what YAFL is doing. Already made them aware of this situation and they are looking in to it so be sure to let them know what our board members are involved on and ?

I just had to share my amazing encounter with Melissa Sheldrak via email. She truly went above and beyond to assist me with my son's registration issue for the Fall 2024 YAFL season. Melissa's prompt response not only addressed the problem but also provided valuable information on how to resolve it. In a world where customer service often falls short, it was truly refreshing to come across someone like Melissa who genuinely cares about her customers' needs and desires.

Don't waste your time with this league! They are straight up cheaters! Between the refs and the board, they don't care about our boys! All they care about is the win, even if they have to cheat their way to get it. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had to give them something to get this review out there! This company is a joke!

Lady in front can be mean so you have to kill her with kindness to get any answers. One doesn't know what the other is doing so you will get different answers depending on who you talk to. Love football but it's getting harder every year here to participate.

Please do not put your kids in this league. It's incredibly unorganized and there is zero communication from the league. My son's team had 6 kids and every other team had at least 10-12 kids. Our coach and teammates were great and we made the best of it, but it took a toll on our boys confidence by the end of the season. Find another league if your kid wants to play flag football.

YAFL is a rip off. They charge so much to sign your kid up. Then they charge a refundable equipment fee and if the chin strap is removed and returned with the equipment they still charge $30. When you try to call the office they never answer the phone. When I’ve gone to the office they are closed or if someone is in the office they are rude. On top of all the fees and amount you spend to sign up your kid, the team fees are outrageous. Waste of money!!
