The soccer season was supposed to start March 15. Its 2 weeks late and they have STILL have not posted a soccer schedule. I understand the rain set back the games but the schedule should have been set with or with out rain! Today Friday they posted only 1 game for tomorrow for most teams! I have multiple kids playing, different teams, work, vacationing, etc that need to be planned out and I can't because they can't release a freaking schedule. No communication with parents either. Worst organization ever. Never putting my kids here again. I guess at this point I have to wait each Friday to be able to find out what times my kids play the next day. What a shame

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I paid my fee and I am still waiting for my daughter to be on a team. This association is a joke. I called OCSA and was connected with "coach Alex" and told he would be my childs coach, reach out to him. Well I did, repeatedly and he rarely answered. Finally we had a practice date and time. We show up to an indoor location and there are children of all ages running around kicking a ball. I call Alex and he said look for Elvis, I am not there. Then he said I'll call Elvis and call you back. I still havent heard from him and its been over a week. I called the OCSA and spoke with the person in charge and he assured me he spoke with Alex and practice would start on Wednesday of the following week. I still haven't heard from Alex. Find any other association and enroll your children.

This was just ok prior to Covid. Covid hit and everything was canceled. I relocated out of the area and was told I could get a partial refund due to $15 of my fees already being paid out. I’ve emailed 3 or 4 times now regarding that and I get ZERO response now. Definitely not how you handle business
