My husband and I had a truck full of name brand clothes, shoes, toys, baby items, home decor. We misunderstood the website to say that there was a 'DROP OFF BOX' at this location. We pulled into the parking lot passing a vehicle on the way in. The vehicle stayed at the entrance of the parking lot while we drove a circle around the parking lot looking for the said 'DROP OFF BOX'. Once we realized that there was not a box we headed to leave the parking lot just to have the person in the vehicle that we passed coming in to back up and ask, "Are you trying to fill up our dumpsters?". Seriously!?!? My husband proceeded to tell the lady that that we were just looking for the 'DROP OFF BOX' for our donation. She tells us there's a Goodwill down the road. Wow!!! I get there's people out there that try to take advantage of others in that way but there's other ways to make your approach to get your answer without being disrespectful. People like her definitely makes a person want to find a different organization to donate to.

It's been a little bit since my kids went here, but they said they saw a bus going from their school to this place. Don't send your kids here....

My kid got a football thrown in his face at full force and then his lunch money stolen while he was on the ground in pain by a kid at least twice his age, grade while staff just watched and told him "You'll be ok." With no repercussion for the other kid. There is no separation of age groups. They came home all the time learning new things... Not in the good way you think I'd mean.

Like other parents mentioned, they closed the doors with no warning to parents because of COVID. Only with a sign on the door that said CLOSED the morning of while everyone was on their way to work. Highly unprofessional no matter what the circumstances are. I get emails from BA Schools at all hours of the night, so don't tell me they were worried about bothering us all.... It's the purpose of email.

Bookkeeping, like someone else mentioned, is inaccurate. After the summer camp ended they said we still had a balance. Which we didn't. Plus, they closed early. So, even if they thought we owed them money.................

Just... Don't people. Look elsewhere. You will be extremely happy you did.

I was forced to send my kids here because I took custody of two extra children, and couldn't find another place I could afford to send all three of them. I will from here on start a savings plan throughout the year purely for camp so that they will never have to come here again. The camp itself doesn't record their books properly, and keep trying to claim we owe them more than we do, the teenage counselors shared inappropriate information with my 8 and 9 year old children, and they didn't do a good job of diffusing altercations in a timely manner. My children also dreaded going to camp every week, claiming that the counselors were mean. They also closed camp 4 days early due to COVID, and instead of emailing or calling us to let us know they'd be closed, they just posted a sign on the door for us to find when on the way to work. STRONGLY SUGGEST TRYING EVERY OTHER AVENUE BEFORE SUBJECTING YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS FACILITY

ZERO STAR RATING 🙁

Unprofessional staff from the Director on down through the ranks.

You might think that the schedule they publish would be reliable. NO, it changes on a whim and the staff does not advise you of any changes. They only post it on FB. You can even call to check on it and you'll receive no definitive replies, only to come and they'll tell you upon your arrival. R U kidding

You might think that they would be open at the published hours. NO, it varies based on the personal needs of their staff (doctor appts, errands, etc.).

You might think that you can log in upon arrival. NO, the computer is either non-functional, or not logged in, or in an area requiring a password.

They advocate for themselves that they're a Christian-based service, but this location DEFINITELY doesn't demonstrate those principles at all . . .

In addition, from first-hand experience, this is not a place you would want to attend NOR leave your children.

There are ceiling leaks throughout. All lockers are rusted out. Stacks of pallets littered around for months on end. Wet cardboard boxes scattered throughout that are full of mildew. The paint work on the repairs is unbelievably sloppy. Cleaning services are not utilized here as it's always dirty, unkempt, and cluttered. The entire site is in severe disrepair. Management/Director ONLY cares about dues/fees/money and could not care less about the services they provide or ensuring that you are in an environment to achieve your goals.

The experience was completely and totally PITIFUL from the onset for many months, until I realized there are only empty promises and no action to back it up.

BTW, if you think you should receive a refund for the Premium membership dues you've paid for services, think again . . . ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PER SITE DIRECTOR WENDI BOWMAN.

Being a backyard neighbor to this place; I can tell you firsthand that this is not a place you want to leave your kids. It has fallen into disrepair and management also seems to have gone downhill, in the last couple years.

Finding out what they offer is sometimes a challenge as they use FB to list offerings, but the swim lessons are good.
