I was treated extremely rudely by one of the bouncers here. We were also scammed by tickets on Halloween night, we were denied entry into the club we booked, and directed into the hotel instead. CANNOT reccomend, but thank you to the bouncer who honoured our tickets

Good venue for the fringe show we saw, bar and door staff, helpful and courteous. Not a big fan of the shared toilets, especially later at night when a lot of drunk people about.

It was an amazing afternoon for my Hen's do! Staff were great and we were wanting to stay longer not that you wanted us to continue to sing... Anyway a small hiccup with them panicking us that we didn't pay but was quickly resolved twice. Thank you for making my Hen's do amazing and definitely highly recommend for any occasion. We all enjoyed the afternoon tea, cocktail class and karaoke afterwards. Good laugh and all guests had a great time.

Sick club to be fair! Decent music and staff at the bar and the security team were friendly! When asking locals about Shanghai, most advised it was the better club to go too!

It was overcrowded the last time i went there. The music was on point and the vibe is always on. I just love the place, I always have fun when I'm there

3 star was for club experience, would have given 5 star but getting into the club was a bit stressful. I had booked a table which presumably comes with entry and queue jump. When I got to the entrance, I spoke to the security that i already booked a table, but I was told to go and join the queue. After about 30mins in the cold, i got to ticket desk and the cashier saw my name on the reservation list but he wouldn't process me to go in because the lady that was supposed to take me to my table was not available. I had to wait outside for another 15mins. Finally she came, confirmed my name on the list and took me inside and to my table. Some persons were already on the table and they were excused, table cleared but not wiped clean. My drinks were served on a dirty table but didn't bother me. Every other things was kool from thereof. The management should work on queue jump protocol for persons that already bought a table package. It is stated on the package but was never implemented. Thank you.

The club experience was good but the bartenders are thieves. They charge different prices for drinks, no fix price for drinks, same african attitude. Once they notice that you are new, they will charge you high. A friend of mine got a bottle of hennesy for £70, but when i got to get one, the lady charged me £100. I went back to my friend, he went and got it for £80. Another friend of mine was charged £110 for same bottle of Hennesy. What a shame, do they expect you to haggle for the price of drinks in a night club. The management should fix and display the prices of drinks. A simple QR code would display all the prices of drinks not those African bartenders charging whatever they feel like.
