I put down half of my total. I emailed to request a cancellation due to a change in itinerary. They emailed me back and said they would refund me my money. I cancelled months in advance. After calling and emailing for my refund they quit responding. I never got my refund and they keep clearing my calls. Horrible customer service. I couldn't imagine actually going through with our party bus. The reviews say they like to stand people up.

Rented land yacht for wedding reception. Bus arrived 1 1/2 hours late leaving guests to wait in parking lot. Was told would come back after reception, never showed. Still waiting for refund. Never got our wedding pictures at welcome to Las Vegas sign. Total disappointment to bride, groom and guests. PLEASE, find a different company to use, very unreliable.

I went out with my sister and had the best Vegas nightlife experience! The party bus was a club on wheels and we were treated like celebrities the entire night. Wish I could’ve stayed on the bus, but no line access to the club was amazing as well! Thank you for an unforgettable night in Vegas, I will be referring you for sure!!

What an amazing experience!!! Vegas club hop is a party in wheels. Our driver JR was so friendly and knowledgeable. No lines for clubs, VIP treatment, tour of the strip and bottle service. We didn't want to leave the bus. Definitely coming back and definitely referring. Thank you Vegas club hop!!

Waiting outside of chapel for pick up, no communication to the bride and groom, they had to phone several times to find out what the delay was all about. 1 and 1/2 hour later, different bus shows up, no time for photos, party bus could barely fit the guests, very disappointing for all.

I guess u have to put one star in order to leave a review but they don’t even deserve that THIS IS A SCAM !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! First of all they canceled ONE HOUR BEFORE PICK UP saying they got into an accident (yea right) now I have been waiting 3weeks for a refund !! EVERYTIME WE CALL ITS AN EXCUSE !! And still no refund !!! The biggest joke was we didn’t even need this service ALL CLUBS ARE FREE FOR WOMEN!!! Just sign up on the guest list !! U can meet a promoter and they will get u in I LITERALLY JUST LEFT VEGAS 3 weeks ago and had the time of my life WORST PART WAS This FRAUD COMPANY THAT DIDNT GIVE US OUT MONEY BACK !!! YOU DONT NEED THEM FOR A CLUB ANYWAY SAME DAY THEY CANCELED WE PUT OUTSELVES ON THE GUEST LIST GOT IN FREE NO WAIT TIME AND HAD A BALL ACTUALLY HAPPY THEY CANCELED JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

The bus we had was for Sunday...went to club and dinner and Vegas sign. The whole group had a blast. Drinks were strong too. Had fun!
